We pack and ship all Woofies orders as quickly as possible so your dog doesn’t have to wait too long for their treats 🐾

  • Orders are dispatched ASAP after purchase
  • We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post, Aramex or Couriers Please
  • Flat-rate shipping of $10 anywhere in Australia
  • Tracking details will be provided once your order is on its way

 

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen courier.

 

Damaged in Transit

We take great care when packing your order, but if your items arrive damaged, please let us know as soon as possible.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as we can

 

Returns & Refunds

Your dog’s happiness (and yours!) means everything to us.

If you’re unhappy with your Woofies purchase for any reason, simply return the product to us and we’ll organise a refund.

  • Items must be returned in reasonable condition
  • Please contact us before returning your order so we can assist with the process
